Why Jumeirah Village Circle JVC is today one of Dubai's most dynamically growing residential communities. It combines accessible entry prices, strong rental demand from professionals working in Dubai Marina, Business Bay and Dubai Internet City, and rapidly expanding infrastructure (metro extension, the new Circle Mall shopping centre, nurseries and schools).
