Approval process
Each opportunity undergoes market analysis, legal, technical and financial due diligence, and internal investment approval.
Direct purchase
How a unit purchase works
For clients who wish to directly own a property from the group's offering. Sales are handled through individual reservation and do not constitute a public offer within the meaning of the Civil Code.
1 / Enquiry and unit selection
Choose a project and unit that interests you and send a non-binding enquiry. We reply with current availability, pricing and financing conditions.
2 / Reservation and KYC
Signature of the reservation agreement, payment of the reservation fee and buyer identification pursuant to Act No. 253/2008 Coll. The unit is withdrawn from the market.
3 / Purchase agreement and payment
In the UAE the SPA is signed and registered with DLD; in Florida closing runs through a title company; in the EU a standard purchase agreement is used. Payment follows the agreed schedule.
4 / Handover and management
Transfer of ownership, handover of the unit and, if desired, follow-on services (property management, letting). Fees and services are agreed separately.
